DALLAS – TNB Card Services, the card services company which is a subsidiary of credit union owned Town North Bank has announced an upgrade to the system through which its processing credit unions can access and manage their card information. Dubbed the VIP CardStation, the new system offers a more user-friendly environment that more closely mimics the Windows operating system that CU managers are already used to using, TNB said. The previous system uses a process of accessing various screens and entering strings of code to complete tasks, the card processor said."We have consistently heard from our clients that the cardholder account management system was too difficult to use. What they wanted was a user-friendly product that required less training for their staff while providing improved workflow over the old system. VIP CardStation is that product," said Glen Lee, senior vice president of TNB Card Services.
