WAUSAU, Wis. – Count Connexus Credit Union as the latest financial institution to turn to Identity Theft 911to help arm its members in the battle against identity theft. "With the threat of identity theft increasing, we simply cannot leave our members and their families defenseless," said Connexus CU President/CEO Dave Christenson. "Our new partnership with Identity Theft 911, gives our members peace of mind by providing comprehensive assistance to all those who believe their identity has been compromised." The Identity Theft 911 resolution program includes a personal advocate who works with the victim every step of the way to resolve the crisis and restore the victim's identity. Members will also have ongoing access to the consumer education program on identity theft risks and defenses. The consumer education component provides all members with ongoing threat alerts, a monthly newsletter, and a dedicated Web site with articles, interviews, and white papers covering all aspects of this crime.
