ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Credit unions are still flocking to community charters despite the finding in the Utah field of membership lawsuit earlier this year in which four Utah credit unions lost their community charters because they did not meet their burden of proof. Part of the reason is because slow membership growth is of concern to those thinking of the future of the credit union community.
