MALVERN, Pa. – An upgrade of Akcelerant Software's automated collections solution has been released. CollectAnywhere version 4.0 offers improved navigation and administrative and personalization enhancements, along with integration with Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft Active Directory.

CollectAnywhere, which has been gaining traction in credit union land, is Web-based and helps users reduce costs and improve collection efficiency in areas including debt, bankruptcy, overdraft, repossessions and charge-offs, the company says.

Malvern-based Akcelerant (http://software. akcelerant.com/) has about 100 clients using CollectAnywhere, including about 90 credit unions, the company says. Company President/CEO Jay Mossman III says users have measured productivity improvements of 25% to 40% and in some cases reached ROI in less than 12 months.
