DI and HFS Ink Deal on Online Cash Management

CALABASAS, Calif. – Two major technology firms serving credit unions have deepened their partnership. Digital Insight announced that Harland Financial Solutions has selected Digital Insight’s Member Business Services as its preferred online cash management solution. This means more than 400 CUs on HFS’ ULTRADATA core system will have access to preferred pricing the deal offers. The agreement lasts into 2008. “ULTRADATA System credit union users have come to expect the best solutions and services from Harland Financial Solutions. By offering Digital Insight’s Member Business Services, we are further enabling our clients to provide comprehensive business services to their members,” said President of Harland Financial Solutions’ Core Systems Group Raju Shivdasani. The two firms have been strategic partners since 2002 when Harland acquired SPARAK Financial Systems, LLC, a provider of integrated hardware and software solutions for community banks. Harland already actively resells Digital Insight’s consumer Internet Banking and Business Solutions ASP offering to its SPARAK bank core customers.
