WAUKEGAN, Ill. – Consumers Cooperative CU is continuing with the series of free seminars its been offering with one it’s hosting Oct. 27 on “Tips for Purchasing a New Car.” The educational seminar is open to the public as well as CCCU’s more than 47,000 members, and is designed to provide prospective vehicle buyers with information they need to make an intelligent, informed decision while shopping for a new car. “Tips for Purchasing a New Car” is being presented by Bill Eveline of Car Quotes, one of CCCU’s strategic partners that provides no-cost car buying assistance to CCCU’s members. He’ll provide advice on how to use the information given to make an informed car buying decision, selecting a car that’s right for the buyer, and making sure the buyer gets the best price when purchasing the vehicle. CCCU’s VP of Lending Dan Matthews will also provide tips on financing vehicles.
