ST. LOUIS – Rebecca St. Clair has joined the Missouri Credit Union Association's Information Services Department as Director of Regulatory Compliance. She is responsible for assisting Missouri CUs with regulatory and compliance issues. St. Clair's first day with MCUA was Sept. 26. St. Clair has 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, including compliance training. A graduate of University of Missouri-Columbia, she most recently served as a compliance officer for Commerce Bank in St. Louis.
