Miller vice president business services. Heritage Credit Union, Madison, Wis., has named Caroline Redmann vice president of lending. Kohler Credit Union, Wis., has promoted the following employees: Mike Schmidt to vice president business development, community and government relations; Teresa Beardsley to vice president human resources; Kathy Steiner to vice president information technology; Sue Stapel to director consumer services; Steve Weina to director mortgage services; Jennifer Odekirk to marketing manager; and Carrie Pleasant to member support call center manager.
