Charter Oak Federal Credit Union, Groton, Conn., has promoted the following employees: Joseph Childress to assistant vice president of information technology; Jeffrey McKernan to assistant vice president of lending services; Patricia Michaud to assistant vice president of financial accounting; and Debbie Snajczuk to assistant vice president of service center administraton/business development. In addition, Charter Oak FCU has named Laurie Cormier marketing/product development manager and Ray Lindeman risk management controller. ABNB Federal Credit Union, Virginia Beach, Va., has elected the following officers to its board: Mary Ann Melchers chairman; Thomas McAndrews vice-chairman; Robert Morgan treasurer; and Byron Walker secretary. In addition the following have been named board directors: Marvin Brangan, Amy Nussbaum Butcher, Mark Davis, Richard Cheliras, Russell Hodges, Herman Quattlebaum, and Earl Waddell.
