Texas Credit Union League, has named Jill Pharr Texas Credit Union Foundation executive director; Jack L. Blachly corporate counsel; and Lucinda Rocha director of chapters and councils in the member relations department. First Financial Credit Union, Albuquerque, N.M., has named Sharon Magee vice president of human resources and Dale Dedrick assistant vice president, Western New Mexico branches. The Credit Union Association of New Mexico, has elected three new members of its board of directors: Animus CU CEO Gary Sterton; Sandia Laboratory FCU Vice President of Operations Robert Chavez; and State Employees CU CEO Harold Dixon. This year's board officers include: Sandia Area FCU CEO Richard L. Rogers chair; White Sands FCU Board Chair Horace J. Randall vice chair; Roswell Community FCU CEO Karen Griffo secretary; and Dixon treasurer.
