South Carolina Federal Credit Union, North Charleston, SC has promoted Art Harper to vice president of electronic services. Jax Federal Credit Union, Jacksonville, Fla., has named Jasmine Hapgood business development specialist. Safe Federal Credit Union, Sumter, S.C., has named Nathan Stevens vice president of mortgage services. North Carolina Credit Union League, Greensboro, has elected Food Lion Credit Association CU President/CEO John P. McGrail as the Northwest Chapter board representative. McGrail, replaces Members CU President/CEO Jack Braswell who recently joined the board of First Carolina Corporate CU. The board has also re-elected Blue Flame Credit Union Manager Ben Hill vice chairman and Freedom Federal Credit Union CEO/President Jeff Jones as Northeast Chapter representative. Georgia Federal Credit Union, Duluth, has promoted the following employees: Kevin Durrance to executive vice president; Doug Foote to senior vice president/chief operating officer; Debbie Smith to vice president of human resources/staff development and Mark Bartholomew to vice president/chief information officer. Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union, Myrtle Beach, S.C., has appointed Jerry M. Miller president/CEO. First Flight Federal Credit Union, Morehead City, N.C., has appointed Deborah Askew city executive for its Morehead City, Beaufort, and Havelock branches.
