CHANTILLY, Va. – Online Resources Corp. says it has completed its purchase of Integrated Data Systems, a California-based provider of online banking, ACH, billpay and other solutions to about 50 credit unions. The privately held firm, Online Resources' second such purchase, cost the online banking and payments specialist $5 million in cash and the assumption of $300,000 in debt, the company said. "The acquisition provides Online Resources with additional financial institution distribution and products, including enterprise-wide account opening and lending, plus added Web-based capabilities," the company said in its announcement that the IDS acquisition was complete. Last year, Online Resources paid about $15 million for Incurrent, a credit card services provider.
