Langley Federal Credit Union, Newport News, Va., has promoted Brett Noll to senior vice president/chief marketing officer. St. Anne’s Credit Union, Fall River, Mass., has named Janet Panell Swansea branch manager. St. Mary’s Bank, Manchester, N.H., has appointed Ray Pinard executive vice president and chief operating officer Sunmark Federal Credit Union, Schenectady, N.Y., has named Gerald Parkes vice president of commercial lending. Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union, Westbury, N.Y., has named Arlene Oechsler vice president of human resources and training. Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union, Middletown, Pa. has elected the following officers to its board: Chair Constance Wheeler, Penn State FCU; Vice Chair Joan Moran, Department of Labor FCU; Treasurer Rick Burtnett, PA Grange FCU; and Secretary William Burke, Valley Pride FCU. Brian Vittek, MTA Employees CU; Walter Keesey, Our Family FCU; and Dennis Flickenger, First Capital FCU were appointed to the supervisory committee. Service Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., has hired the following employees: Sofia Fulis member service representative I; Kim Chase real estate loan processor; Stephanie Burton and Eric Potter contact center representative I; and Courtney Harrington and Susan Sabens member service representative I. In addition Service CU has promoted the following employees: Matthew Clark to real estate loan specialist; Nicole Twombly to contact center representative III; and Alyssa Whitney to member service representative II.
