VACAVILLE, Calif. – Travis Credit Union has unveiled its latest Woodland branch located in the Polo Plaza Shopping Center. The full service branch features safe deposit boxes, a walk-up ATM and night depository. "We've designed the new branch to accommodate the growing Woodland community," said Travis CU Executive Vice President Lila Dressen. With an eye on reinvesting in the community in addition to participating in local charities, the credit union's mobile ATM is already slated for several events in Yolo County next year. The children of Travis Credit Union members will also be eligible for a new scholarship program that was launched in 2004. "It's our goal to open branches to meet the needs of our existing and future members and to provide the excellent service they deserve," said Travis CU CEO Patsy Van Ouwerkerk. "We're looking forward to joining other local credit unions in making a difference in the Woodland community."
