PORTLAND, Ore. – Northwest Corporate FCU recently celebrated its 27th Annual Meeting – and it offered a few tunes to get things going. The musical talents of local recording artist, pianist Tom Grant, were on display at the meeting, and autographed CDs were also presented to over half of the attending members. Kathy Garner, President/CEO of Northwest Corporate, reported that member service continues to be a first and foremost priority at Northwest Corporate. The high ratings on the annual member satisfaction survey reflect corporate's commitment to exceptional member service. Garner also spoke briefly about the Electronic Exchange Evolution, as well as the challenges and impact on members in the next few years.
