North Jersey Federal Credit Union, Totowa, has promoted the following employees: Donna Rocco to manager of finance; Ana Garrido to team leader of accounting; Lisa Toepfer to branch manager; and La’tisha Smith to assistant team leader. In addition NJFCU has named Carol Tylutki calling center team leader. Service Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., has named the following employees member service representative I: Shannon McEwan, Krista McCarthy and Sara Behm. In addition, Service CU has promoted the following staffers: Marcus Katkin to contact center representative II; Brittany Norton to member service representative II, and Kristy King to member service representative III.
