JACKSON, Miss. – Mississippi Postal Employees Federal Credit Union has broken ground for its 6,000 square-foot state-of-the-art facility that will be constructed to replace an existing office in Jackson. Designed by Duluth, Georgia-based design/build firm Consultants and Builders, Inc., the branch will be a one-story, brick and stucco designed facility of contemporary influence. New features will include improved member parking, additional teller drive-ups and expanded space for retail transactions. "Breaking ground on this facility symbolizes our commitment to provide enhanced convenience, easier access and continued premier financial services for our members," said Mississippi Postal Employees FCU CEO/Manager Kay Willey Baker. "Our strong sense of commitment is the cornerstone upon which we operate and the new facility will be built."
