ALEXANDRIA, Va. – State Department Federal Credit Union has recently held a building dedication ceremony in conjunction with its 70th Annual Meeting. “A building is just brick and mortar, but it houses the people who fulfill the basic purposes and functions for which this credit union was founded 70 years ago. We believe this operations facility reflects our dedication to serve our members with the security and efficiency they deserve,” said State Department FCU Chairman Marlene Schwartz of the 62,000 square- foot facility adjacent to the credit union’s headquarters.
