ALEXANDRIA, Va. – State Department Federal Credit Union has recently held a building dedication ceremony in conjunction with its 70th Annual Meeting. "A building is just brick and mortar, but it houses the people who fulfill the basic purposes and functions for which this credit union was founded 70 years ago.
