CINCINNATTI – Design/build firm DEI Incorporated has promoted four employees to management positions. Ned Compton and Bill Speelman were both promoted to executive positions, while Bill Bily and Eric Lindholm were promoted to managerial positions. Compton has been promoted to executive vice president of sales. He has over 30 years of experience in both the financial and construction industries, including President and CEO of Community Bank & Trust and Vice President of Compton Construction Inc. Speelman is now executive vice president of production. With a background in architectural design and project management, Speelman’s 29 years of experience has increased DEI’s productivity in design. He will now oversee both the design and construction departments. Promoted to the Director of Design Development, Bily brings with him 16 years of experience in architectural design including international projects, amusement parks, professional sports arenas, and retail facilities. During his four years with DEI, he has designed multiple award winning projects. In this new position, Bily will continue as DEI’s lead architect as well as oversee the evolution of all DEI design projects. As the Pre-Production Manager, Lindholm is responsible for detailing, coordination and scheduling of interior components and interior subcontractors. He is also a liaison between all DEI departments, the client, and the general contractor. Despite his deluge of responsibilities, Lindholm continues to manage incoming projects and educate project coordinators.
