PHILADELPHIA - Despite bad weather, American Heritage Federal Credit Union made the most of its Member Appreciation Day. A few hundred members gathered at credit union headquarters to enjoy a day of family fun. Each year in April, American Heritage CU thanks loyal members for their business with a complimentary day of fun for all to enjoy. Children and adults alike played carnival games, enjoyed rides and lots of free food, had their faces painted, and entered raffles for Apple iPods and tickets to a Philadelphia Phillies game. In addition, former Philadelphia Eagle and current Comcast Sportnet Eagles Post-Game Live commentator Vaughn Hebron was on hand to meet fans and sign autographs. The credit union also teamed up with Enterprise Car Sales to host a Members Only Car Sale. Members visited the credit union's headquarters to test drive and purchase quality pre-owned Enterprise cars throughout the week.
