DOWNEY, Calif.-Financial Partners Credit Union has named Matthew Herrick vice president of branch sales and operations. In his new role, Herrick is responsible for driving the sales and service performance of Financial Partners' branch network. With a goal to cultivate a high-performing sales and service team, Herrick will analyze how to save members time and money and ensure they are getting the products they want. "Our focus on building strong relationships with our members through proactive selling and providing world class service, means we will be able to identify and fulfill more of our members financial needs," said Herrick. Herrick brings with him 10 years in financial services. In his most recent position at Kinecta FCU, he led his team to become the top producer of loans financed in partnership with Southern California franchise automobile dealers. He also participated in re-engineering the lending division at First Financial Credit Union, shortening the time it took to process mortgage, home equity, automobile and other consumer loans. "Matthew is a great addition to our team," said Financial Partners CU Senior Vice President of Member Sales/Service Lori Reeves. "His experience in implementing a member-focused sales culture will prove very valuable to the credit union."
