CINCINNATI – Design/build firm DEI Incorporated has recently hired three new employees. Thomas Montchai has been named design architect. He has over 25 years experience with an emphasis on entertainment, theme parks, financial and retail facilities. As an international designer, he has worked in China, Brazil, and Canada, as well as throughout the United States. Mike Seyferth and George Mackey have been added to the Construction Department. Seyferth will focus on project estimating and project buy-outs. He has five years experience and education in construction management and estimating. With a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, Seyferth has an extensive background in estimating software. As a site manager, Mackey will be based in Florida. He has over 30 years of experience and specializes in cost and contract management and safety regulations.
