WASHINGTON-John C. Dill, president and CEO of the Colorado and Wyoming Credit Union Leagues, has been named a new member of the six-person Credit Union House Board of Directors. Dill was voted onto the board in a Class A seat by Credit Union House members during their annual meeting on Feb. 25 for a two-year term. “It is an honor to be appointed to the board and to serve along-side my colleagues in this capacity,” Dill said. “As a board member, I plan to carry on the legacy that former League President Carol Beach instituted by working with the board and Credit Union House members to strengthen the mission of Credit Union House – to improve the visibility of the credit union movement.” Any league president can be elected to the board, Credit Union House Manager Kyle Noble said. There are four Class A seats on the board, representing leagues that have invested over $200,000 in Credit Union House, and one Class B seat for contributions above $10,000 but below $200,000. CUNA President and CEO Dan Mica holds an ex-officio seat on the board,” Noble explained. Dill will serve as a director on the board. Delaware Credit Union League Bob Walls was named chairman at the meeting, following Pennsylvania Credit Union League President and CEO Jim McCormack’s departure from the board. Virginia league President Rick Pillow became vice chair, Missouri league President Rosie Holub became treasurer, and Florida league President Guy Hood became secretary.
