EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State University Federal Credit Union has unveiled a new e-commerce division headed by April Clobes, who has been promoted from e-commerce manager to assistant vice president of e-commerce. Over 550,000 visits are made monthly to the MSU FCU Web site and plans are underway to revamp the site to include more services and consumer information. In addition, the site will become more interactive as a series of questions helps members determine which loans or VISA cards best suits their needs. Better educating students about finances is another goal. A series of e-mails will inform students the best ways to handle credit and savings to meet their personal financial goals.
