WESTBROOK, Me. – Evergreen Credit Union has become one of the first of the 100 or so clients of the former re:Member Data Services to commit to the core platform from the company’s new owner, Open Solutions Inc., the company says. The $102 million CU will convert to OSI’s relational core data processing platform to serve its three branches and more than 13,000 members, and also will be using other OSI products, including CRM/business intelligence, voice response, lock box, and the company’s accounting suite. Connecticut-based OSI bought Indiana-based re:Member Data Services last July for about $20 million. It now operates as Open Solutions RDS Technologies. www.opensolutions.com/rds/
