HARRISBURG, Pa. – eCU Technologies is marking another step in its evolution as a provider of technology solutions to credit unions – as a service bureau for core processing. The tech CUSO for $2.3 billion Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is now offering a service bureau solution to credit unions using the Symitar Episys core platform and add-on software modules. "In today's ever-changing technology environment, many credit unions opt for service bureau solutions simply because it makes economic sense," says Alan Brunner, COO for eCU Technologies. Other eCU Technologies solutions include in-house or service bureau home banking, e-statements, online lending, bill pay, kiosk machines, report generators and consulting services. eCU Technologies joins another well-known tech CUSO – Wescom Resources Group – in offering service bureau solutions to Episys users.
