NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. -South Carolina Federal Credit Union has promoted H. Scott Blue to vice president of marketing. With the credit union since April 2004, Blue previously served as the marketing department manager. Blue has over 19 years of sales, marketing and management experience. Before coming to the credit union, he served for five years as the director of sales/marketing for the South Carolina Aquarium and 10 years as district sales manager for US Airways and Piedmont Airlines. Blue graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington, North Carolina.
