ENT Taps PRACO for Marketing/Communications

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Federal Credit Union has recently partnered with Colorado-based PRACO Public Relations Advertising Company to help position the credit union to better serve its expanded charter to underserved populations in Denver, Adams and Arapahoe Counties. PRACO will provide a full spectrum of advertising, public relations and direct marketing services for Ent, with senior PRACO employees serving as directors of marketing and public relations. The PRACO on-site account supervisors’ responsibilities will include managing the public relations/advertising strategy and day-to-day activities. “We identified a need for broader professional and market experience to support our efforts in both the Pikes Peak and Denver areas,” said Ent Federal CU President/CEO Charles Emmer. “PRACO offered both, plus an opportunity to contribute to more effective communication to our members, employees and throughout the community. The PRACO team will be an integral part of our marketing and communications programs, and we value their enthusiasm and willingness to contribute in helping us step up to the next level of member service excellence.” The first joint marketing effort will be to conduct research to determine member expectations, needs and levels of satisfaction.
