TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Florida Credit Union League’s CUSO, FCUL Service Group Inc., is tapping a familiar source for more products. It has selected John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA) to provide league members with an automated sales and service module. The league has been offering its 240 member credit unions JMFA’s overdraft privilege program since May 2003 and now will be including account acquisition, non-interest income and process improvement solutions. “Our Sales & Service module covers the tools and techniques necessary to maximize a credit union’s product and service delivery system for increased business from its existing members,” said Steve Swanston, JMFA’s executive vice president-sales. “We analyze the market and assess customer needs. We cover call center services, incentive programs, sales and on-site product training, and success monitoring systems.” Marvin Garland, chief operating officer for FCUL Service Group, said, “Granted, we may have initially chosen JMFA for a `hot button’ type of product, but they were one of the only companies we analyzed that had a full complement of applicable solutions.”
