DAYTON, Ohio – Financial marketing firm MarketMatch has recently signed a deal with Tallahassee-based Florida Commerce Credit Union to provide detailed member surveys. One of the first steps toward meaningful marketing is to really determine what members want instead of acting on what we think they want," said MarketMatch President Bruce A. Clapp. "This process gives credit unions the data validation to move forward with marketing that is targeted and relevant to member behavior." Research survey results will be incorporated into the $224 million credit union's strategic planning process to develop member retention programs.
