VALLEY FORGE, Pa. – USERS Inc. has signed La Capitol Federal Credit Union of Baton Rouge, La., and Amarillo Community Federal Credit Union in Texas for 2005 conversions to the core processor’s DataSafe In-House system. La Capitol FCU, with $252 million in assets and about 44,500 members, has been an XP Systems client, according to the 2004 Credit Union Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates. USERS and XP Systems are both Fiserv units. Meanwhile, $115 million Amarillo Community FCU has been a core processing client of CGI, and also is converting to USERS’ PCU Internet Banking solution. Currently, it’s a Liberty client for that function, according to the Callahan book.
