AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Digital Dialogue, a provider of lending and call-center services to credit unions, has partnered with an electronic lending exchange to offer CUs the ability to fund inventory purchases for small businesses. The partnership with Electronic Financial Services (EFS) of Newport Beach, Calif., will allow credit unions to enter into business lending without adding staff, according to Howard Hoemann, the Michigan company's vice president of sales and marketing. "EFS brings the underwriting expertise and technological capabilities. Digital Dialogue offers round-the-clock, live assistance. That means credit unions have full access to business lending, including both inventories and purchases," Hoemann said. EFS provides automated, end-to-end business financing in a paperless environment. Digital Dialogue, a division of Dialogue Marketing, has two call center operations in the Detroit area and a third in Utah, and manages the call center outlet for the Financial Services Center Cooperative (FSCC) shared branch network.
