TULSA – Oil Capital Community Credit Union and Oklahoma Central Credit Union have merged. "We anticipate the Oil Capital members being able to do business at Oklahoma Central branches in early 2005 after the computer conversion is complete. In the meantime, it will be business as usual at Oil Capital, " said Oklahoma Central CU President Gina Wilson. The Oil Capital members voted and approved the merger by an overwhelming majority. Oklahoma Central has $203 million in assets with five branch locations in the Tulsa area. Oil Capital has $15 million in assets.
