CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – As the use of broadband channels for Internet delivery continues to grow, credit unions can expect members to be more interested in using online options for service. According to a new report from Forrester Research, consumers who use broadband are significantly more likely to use e-mail and online chat options than dialup users. Gender and age also play a part, Forrester analysts found, with males and younger users apparently more likely to be influenced by the speed of their connections.
