PITTSFORD, N.Y. – More than 350 NCUA credit union examiners will receive training on consumer compliance regulations through a newly-signed deal from Shared Results International. The management consulting and training firm recently signed a five-year training contract with NCUA to provide training to more than 350 credit union examiners over that time frame. Shared Results International, which works with a number of businesses, counts NCUA as its first credit union client, said Judith Dir, vice president of operations for the firm. “We’ve developed an interactive course that teaches how to fish rather than being fed the fish,” Dir said. The first training session will take place Dec.7-9 at NCUA’s headquarters.
