READING, Pa. – CTCE Federal Credit Union pulled out all the stops to make International Credit Union Week memorable. For over 12 years CTCE has celebrated ICU week by hosting a variety of activities and hot dogs are always the foundation. This year was no exception as members were treated to over 800 hotdogs. Staffers not only manned the hot dog stations but also sold baked treats to help raise money for United Way. In addition, CTCE FCU hosted an Ambassador Luncheon at the Sheraton Hotel featuring nationally recognized motivational speaker Jeff Tobe, author of Coloring Outside the Lines:Business Thoughts on Creativity, Marketing and Sales. The motivational speaker was sponsored by several credit union vendor/partners including CUNA Mutual, Tower Financial Marketing, GMAC and ATMS. Over 80 credit union Ambassadors attended the event. CTCE’s Sammy the Savers Squirrel Youth Savers Club mascot wouldn’t be upstaged and could be found in the Albright College homecoming parade greeting over 7,000 fans at the home opener of the Reading Royals Professional Hockey Club game against the Trenton Titons.
