DULUTH, Ga. – Southeast Corporate FCU may be taking a page from its fellow corporates when it comes to its business services CUSO, Member Business Solutions, LLC. Southeast has decided to take on a corporate CU owner for the CUSO. Georgia Central CU will purchase an ownership stake in MBS. MBS offers a start-up solution set to help CUs get into business services, including sample policies, staff training and underwriting services. The two corporates are also joint owners of Corporate Synergies, LLC, a data processing CUSO. Another very successful corporate credit union-owned business services CUSO also opened the ownership doors to other corporates. Northwest Corporate originally started CU Business Group, and today it has eight corporate CU owners and is expanding throughout the nation.
