MANCHESTER, N.H. – St. Mary's Bank has expanded its indirect lending operation by creating a new position of Indirect Lending Business Development Officer and appointing Jay Caldwell to the spot. Among his new responsibilities, Caldwell will cultivate relationships with RV and auto dealers throughout New Hampshire. He'll focus on serving the CU's current dealer network that includes 76 dealers, and building new dealer relations. In addition, Caldwell will analyze and approve indirect loan applications. Before being named to his new position at St. Mary's Bank, Caldwell worked as Home Equities Settlement Coordinator for St. Mary's Title Services, a subsidiary of the credit union.
