VALLEY FORGE, Pa. – Credit union data processor USERS attracted over 420 attendees to its EdCon 2004 meeting held September 21 – 23 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach in California. Attendees were offered 27 different sessions covering products ranging from the company’s Cross-Selling Manager and Courtesy Pay Manager, to productivity-boosting solutions like Paperless Lending and e-Mail Services. The agenda also included sessions that previewed the latest enhancements to USERS’ most widely adopted solutions, including the Internet Suite, used by over 210 credit unions, and the browser-based Navigator Suite, used by over 150 credit unions. Keynote speaker Michael Staver, CEO of the Staver Group, offered his insights onleadership to create winning teams. Also during the conference, guest speaker Terence Roche, Principal of Cornerstone AdvisorsT, shared his views on emerging trends in the credit union industry. Before the conference opened, TUG – a national, independent group of USERS clients – held its annual business meeting and elected new Advisory Council members for the 2004-2005 term.
