AUSTIN, Texas – First Lenders Data Inc., a technology, data, and bundled services provider, is providing flood determination services to 34 credit unions which request about 3,000 flood determinations a month through a partnership with Prime Alliance Solutions, a leading national provider of mortgage lending solutions to CUs and CUSOs. FLDI and Prime Alliance formed their partnership in April 2003. The alliance makes it possible for CUs to access Prime Alliance's flood determination service – Prime Flood – through Prime Alliance's proprietary Loan Officer Workbench platform and also through a private-labeled version of FLDI's FirstClose platform. Prime Alliance President/CEO Joe Brancucci said the partnership between Prime Alliance and FLDI allows them to provide CUs with flood determination services that are competitively priced using a tiered system that rewards lenders with volume discounts.
