OVERLAND PARK, Kan. - CNBS, Inc.'s Team COR, has recently cycled a 150-miles to benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society. This marks the fourth year Team COR, which is cosponsored by the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, has participated in the bike ride, and the third year of CNBS' involvement. Over 1,700 cyclists participated this year and CNBS President/CEO/Team Captain Brian Hague said that the team fielded more than 50 riders for the third straight year, making Team COR the fifth-largest in the Kansas City-area event. "Last year, we raised over $49,000 to fight MS," Hague said, noting that fundraising totals for the 2003 ride were not yet available. CNBS is an NASD-member broker/dealer and SEC-registered investment adviser that provides securities brokerage, investment advisory, investment and risk management reporting and consulting, and training and education to financial institutions.
