RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - In an independent survey of dealers and credit unions involved with the Credit Union Direct Lending program who were asked to rate the ease of the system, service, training and products provided by the CUDL program, dealers gave CUDL an average rating exceeding nine out of a possible 10. Credit union respondents gave CUDL an average score of nearly 8.7 out of 10. Other findings of the survey showed that when asked which service they prefer for communicating with credit unions regarding loan applications, 74% of the dealers indicated they prefer CUDL compared to 15% for DealerTrack. Satisfaction with the CUDL system, customer service and the credit union intranet Web site exceeded the average. CU Direct President/CEO Tony Boutelle said he was gratified to see that the company's efforts have earned it high marks in the majority of areas.
