ST. PAUL, Minn. – Deluxe Financial Services renewed its five-year agreement with the California Bankers Association as the bankers' association endorsed check printer, saying the relationship "is based on a shared mission to enhance the success of California Bankers Association member banks." The company said the new relationship "is expected to strengthen and expand on the scope of the previous agreement between the CBA and Deluxe by incorporating a strategic focus on identifying and meeting the needs of member banks." In addition to providing CBA member banks with premium checks and related products, Deluxe will also through the relationship offer member banks insights and solutions. Deluxe will also continue to provide educational tools and informational materials to member banks, along with access to its DeluxeSelectT program and the Deluxe Knowledge Exchange Series. Deluxe Financial Services President Chuck Feltz said the company's "extensive research into consumer behaviors and preferences will continue to help CBA member banks increase customer satisfaction and sustain relationships with consumers."
