HARAHAN, La. -The Louisiana Credit Union League has recently promoted Pam Dychtwald to director of training and development. A graduate of LSU, a certified trainer through the USM, and a certified credit union compliance expert, Dychtwald is responsible for developing and conducting credit union employee development trainings for Louisiana credit union employees. Supported by membership dues, the League’s on-site training programs include three certification programs; the Member Service Representative/Teller Certification Program, the Management Certification Program, and the Supervisory Skills Certification Program.
