BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University Employees Federal Credit Union (IU Credit Union) Vice President Human Resources Julie K. Ragsdale and Training Coordinator Natalia Rayzor have recently added a few certificates and designations to their titles. Ragsdale has earned a Certified Compensation Professional designation and a Certified Benefits Professional designation from WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, which is an affiliate organization of WorldatWork, a professional association for compensation, benefits and human resources professionals. In addition to these designations, Ragsdale holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Ragsdale is responsible for all human resources functions at IUCU, as well as the credit union's employee training program. In addition, Rayzor has recently earned certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). HRCI is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management and awards certification for both Professional in Human Resources and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Rayzor coordinates the credit union's employee training program.
