BROOKFIELD, Wis.-Fiserv has acquired Results International Systems, Inc., a provider of outsourced solutions for the property-and-casualty insurance industry. Fiserv said the acquisition will add $7 million in revenues to its bottomline. Fiserv, which has seven credit union data processing subsidiaries, continues to use acquisitions to grow its business, one of the core principles the company was built on. Fiserv President and CEO Les Muma said the acquisition will expand Fiserv’s strength in the insurance market by adding a broad property and casualty outsourcing capability to the company’s existing portfolio of insurance systems and services. In addition to its headquarters in Worthington, Ohio, Results International also operates offices in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and New Delhi, India. The New Delhi facility provides software development and client service support. All of the company’s more than 80 employees are expected to join Fiserv. Fiserv had $2.7 billion in processing and services revenues for 2003.
