The online access applies to such CUNA Mutual Protection policies as the Credit Union Bond, Special Insurance Package, Credit Union Package of Protection, Business Auto, and Workers' Compensation. The claims history and status reports provide member credit unions with claims subtotaled by policy, coverage and year; pending, processed and paid claims; three- and five-year reports; plastic card details, including breakdown by card (Visa Classic, Visa Gold, MasterCard Platinum, MasterCard CheckCard) and loss type. CUNA Mutual said the online access will allow member credit unions to analyze their loss trends to help more effectively manage risk through insurance coverages or loss prevention programs as well as view the status of pending items.
