ALEXANDRIA, Va.-The NCUA Board recently announced the board meeting schedule for the upcoming year. The board typically meets one Thursday every month-except for August-to discuss and vote on regulatory issues affecting the credit unions it regulates and insures. The open meetings are accessible to the general public. Here is a peek at the 2005 schedule: * January 13 * February 17 * March 17 * April 14 * May 19 * June 16 * July 21 * September 15 * October 20 * November 17 * December 15 Even as the board issued next year’s schedule, NCUA rescheduled its first meeting of 2005 from Jan. 20 to the 13th.
