FAIRBORN, Ohio – Wright-Patt Financial Group recently announced a new service – myCUmortgage-designed at building member loyalty and making it possible for Ohio credit unions of any size to offer their members mortgage services. Currently working with 15 Ohio CUs, myCUmortgage offers an entire mortgage processing operation and state-of-the-art mortgage Web site provided by Prime Alliance Solutions. Branded with a partnered CU’s name and logo, the Web site features an easy online application process Wright-Patt says provides loan decisions to members in four minutes or less. The Web site also gives members access to extensive information and features to help them select the correct type of loan. For CUs, the Web site offers administrative tools to help manage loan applications and leads, as well as provides regular reporting on loan volume and pipeline. -
